INGREDIENTS: 1 tea spoon Salt - Sea Salt, Celtic 2 each Carrot - raw medium 1 each Apple - medium with peel 4 tea spoon Agave nectar 1 /4 teaspoon Spices, pepper, red or cayenne 1/4 cup Mustard, spicy brown 4 cup, shredded Cabbage, raw .5 cup Parsley, raw 1 medium (approx 2-3/4” long, 2-1/2” dia) Peppers, sweet, red, raw 3 table spoon Veganaise 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar DIRECTIONS Combine cabbage, carrots, pepper and apple in a large bowl. Combine vinegar, mustard, mayo, agave, salt and cayenne in small bowl. Pour mixture over cabbage mixture toass to coat. Chill well and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
